Robot Operator (AI Training)
About The Role
What if making your morning coffee, tidying up your living room, or walking through your home could help shape the future of robotics We're looking for Robot Operators to capture real-world video footage of everyday human tasks — footage that directly trains the next generation of AI-powered robots.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No technical background, coding experience, or robotics knowledge required. If you have a smartphone and a space to record, you're already most of the way there.

What You'll Do
- Record yourself performing common household and everyday tasks on video — things like cooking, cleaning, organizing, and navigating spaces
- Follow clear, step-by-step recording guides that tell you exactly what to capture and how
- Ensure footage is well-lit, clearly composed, and captures complete task sequences
- Submit recordings along with brief task descriptions and structured notes
- Participate in recurring recording sessions as new training datasets are needed
Who You Are
- Access to a smartphone or video camera capable of recording clear footage
- A home, apartment, or workspace where you're comfortable recording
- At ease being on camera while performing normal, everyday activities
- Able to follow simple recording guidelines and submit work consistently
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical, AI, or robotics experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with video recording, content creation, or photography
- Familiarity with following structured task-based instructions
- Comfortable working across a variety of household environments and scenarios
