Supervise daily road transport operations and delivery schedules.
Manage truck allocation, dispatching, and fleet utilization.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply, Terminal Operations, customers, and accredited haulers.
Monitor transport KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Truck Utilization, Turnaround Time (TAT), Delivery Success Rate, and Transport Costs.
Ensure compliance with HESS standards, transportation regulations, and company policies.
Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead, coach, and evaluate RTG schedulers and transport personnel.
Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCED IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, and transport scheduling.
Knowledge of ERP/TMS systems, GPS fleet tracking, and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
