Job Title: Riverbed Network Engineer (WAN Optimization)
Location: Uptown Place Tower 3, Taguig, Philippines (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite – Tuesday & Wednesday)
Shift: Monday to Friday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Work Hours: 45 hours/week

Job Summary
- We are looking for a Riverbed Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Riverbed Steelhead, RIOS, and Riverbed WAN Optimizer to support and optimize enterprise network infrastructure for WAN optimization, network monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and support Riverbed Steelhead, RIOS, and Riverbed WAN Optimizer solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching environments.
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and The Dude.
- Handle network incidents, changes, and problem management through ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Perform root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and participate in 24/7 P1/P2 on-call support.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and secure network operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Riverbed Steelhead, RIOS, and Riverbed WAN Optimizer (Must Have).
- Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Knowledge of SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, The Dude, and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
