Role Description The Risk Management Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Philippines, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the identification, assessment, and monitoring of financial and operational risks across the organization, ensuring that risk policies and procedures are properly implemented. The supervisor will review and analyze data, prepare risk reports, and recommend mitigation strategies to support decision-making and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, enhancing enterprise risk frameworks, leading risk assessments and audits, and supporting training and awareness initiatives related to risk management. The role also involves continuously improving risk controls and assisting in the development of risk-related policies that align with Intellicare's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management skills, with experience in designing and implementing risk frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Financial Risk Management and Finance skills to evaluate financial exposures and support informed business decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) are an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or HMO industries is preferred, with knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex risk information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management, and collaboration skills, including experience supervising or mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in standard office and data analysis tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
