Summary:
We are looking for a Risk Policy Analyst (Unsecured) to support the Customer Management Unit. The role involves ensuring proper policy implementation, monitoring policy effectiveness, and generating MIS reports to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the existing Customer Management Unit in policy execution.
- Ensure proper implementation of risk policies for unsecured products.
- Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in R, SQL, Python, or similar programming/data management tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree holder; Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics preferred (Marketing background acceptable).
- Minimum 3 years of work experience preferred.
- Background in credit analytics is an advantage.
