Your Role:
As a Risk Officer, you will:
. To manage, update and maintain the accuracy of business databases (mainly in Fleet Maintenance and Tyres) which are critical to facilitate competitive quoting on all business opportunities.
. To provide support to the Pricing & Risk Manager and Analysts in preparation of data & analysis of information and manage pricing requests during peak times.
. Timely compeletion and action of pricing variations requests in collaborarion with Remarketing, Sales and Business development.
This role is essential in assisting in the preparation of work for effective decision-making on the group's risk management of pricing elements.
Complexity lies in the level of mechanical work experience and technical Excel knowledge required to manipulate data. Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount. Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle types as well as vehicle accessories, sizes and costs is valuable to this role.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Bacheloru0027s Degree
- Has relevant hands-on fleet experience.
- Proven experience in the fleet industry - ideally as a Mechanic, Service Advisor, Warranty Claims Manager, or in a similar role
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills - can create and interpret graphs
- Strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as manufacturers/suppliers
