RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements Enterprise Risk Management programs, performs top-down & bottom-up Risk assessments to identify and analyze Top Enterprise Risks
- Consolidates Top Enterprise Risk information and prepares presentation materials for discussions with Senior Management and Board Risk Oversight Committee
- Assists risk owners in the identification and analysis of business risk information
- Performs deep-dive analysis with risk owners on operating data sets used for reporting on key risk indicators
- Discusses with risk owners the action plans to manage identified risks and make a preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of risk treatment proposed
- Validates and collects updates from risk owners on the status of risk management action items
- Conducts re-assessment of Top Enterprise Risks with Manila Water Company Leaders to analyze effectiveness of implemented mitigating actions
- Engages Risk Owners and Risk Kasanggas in the implementation of ERM through provision of trainings
- Serves as business partner to BUs and Groups, provides guidance on applying ERM practices to improve risk management across the Enterprise.
- Performs or facilitates targeted risk analysis outside routine risk management and reporting process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any four-year course
- At least 3-5 years of relevant Risk Management experience
- Experience in implementing ISO 31000 is an advantage
