Role Description The Risk Management Supervisor is a full-time hybrid role based in the Philippines, with a combination of on-site work and approved work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the identification, assessment, and monitoring of financial and enterprise risks across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing risk exposures, preparing risk reports and dashboards, recommending mitigation strategies, and supporting the implementation of risk controls and frameworks. The Risk Management Supervisor collaborates with finance, operations, compliance, and other teams to integrate risk management practices into business processes and decision-making. The role also involves supporting risk-related audits, conducting staff awareness or training sessions, and continuously improving risk management tools, methodologies, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Risk Management, with experience in Financial Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
  • Solid Finance background and understanding of healthcare or insurance/HMO financial structures is an advantage.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving in risk-related contexts.
  • Ability to develop and implement risk policies, procedures, and controls, and to prepare clear risk reports and presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, FRM, risk or audit credentials) are a plus. Minimum of 2 years experience required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup within the Philippines, with strong time management and self-direction.
