About The Role
The Risk Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting the Risk Data Solutions team in providing accurate, reliable, and actionable data to the Risk Management Group. This role assists in maintaining oversight of risk related data sources and contributes to the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Datamart.
How You'll Contribute
- Support the translation of Risk Management requirements into technical specifications by coordinating with both Risk teams and technical partners. Prepare and refine Service Request Forms (SRFs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
- Assist in the development and delivery of Risk data solutions such as data warehouses and data marts. Ensure solutions meet user requirements, follow agreed service levels, and undergo the necessary testing processes including SIT, UAT, functional testing, and regression testing.
- Perform regular data quality assessments based on set data guidelines. Prepare regular reports that show the overall status and quality of the data being delivered.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline data workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve turnaround times for data‑related requests.
- Support the implementation of standardized and consistent data practices, helping reduce fragmented data processes and promoting accessible, unified data workflows across Risk teams.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Risk, Data Management, or Analytics.
- Knowledge of programming languages (SAS, Python, R, SQL) and data management.
- Strong project management skills and experience in process improvement activities.
