Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Control Manager based in Pasig. The Risk Control Manager will oversee and strengthen internal controls, perform financial auditing, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing and mitigating risks, developing effective control systems, and providing detailed reports on financial and operational audits. The role also involves working collaboratively with teams to implement compliance improvement initiatives and manage risk assessment programs.

Main Responsibilities

• Site Management: Implement the strategies of the Chinese headquarters locally in the Philippines. Be fully responsible for daily operational risk management and control, compliance implementation, and cross-functional coordination at the site to ensure its stable operation under the premise of safety and compliance.
• Risk Control and Compliance Implementation:Take the lead in fulfilling compliance requirements related to risk control, information security, data privacy, and local regulations, and act as the primary interface person for internal and external audits.
• Site Construction and Resource Coordination:Coordinate local support functions such as risk management, administration, and IT infrastructure management involved in site setup and expansion to ensure logistical support.
• Supplier Management:Manage the service delivery of local service suppliers (e.g., risk, IT, administration, etc.) and enforce contract terms.
• Crisis Management and Emergency Response:Respond to emergencies (such as business interruptions, security incidents, etc.), implement emergency plans, and report to the headquarters in a timely manner.

Personnel Profile

1.5-8 years of practical experience in risk management, compliance, or auditing in the Philippines, with deep understanding of local regulations on data privacy and information security , and other relevant laws;

2.Experience of leading implementation of international management systems such as ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 27701 (privacy security) is preferred;

3.Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for coordination with China headquarters; proficient in Filipino/Tagalog for seamless local communication and coordination;

4.Extensive experience in supplier management, be able to drive the execution of supplier contracts, and effectively coordinate resources from multiple parties

5.Strong professional ethics, excellent communication skills, risk identification capabilities, judgment, and stress resistance.
