About the Role
We are looking for a Manager to lead audit and risk management projects, ensuring compliance and helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and drive high-quality results while identifying opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Do
Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Develop and implement audit strategies to reduce risks
Mentor junior staff and support professional growth
Analyze audit findings and recommend actionable improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
What You Need
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience in audit, risk, or compliance
Strong oral and written English skills
Nice to Have
Degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with quality control reviews and process improvements
