The Risk and Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role develops and implements audit strategies to minimize risks, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen quality management systems. The position also leads audit activities, analyzes findings, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement actionable improvements while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standard
- Develop and implement audit strategies and risk management initiatives to reduce operational and compliance risk
- Analyze audit findings and provide actionable recommendations for process and quality improvement
- Manage audit timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve audit effectiveness and operational performance
- Facilitate communication between audit teams, management, and client
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective action
- Utilize technology and process improvement tools to enhance audit and quality management system
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development and performance growth
- Maintain exceptional standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all audit activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fie
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferr
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, preferably in aud
- Strong experience managing internal and external audit process
- Knowledge of quality management systems and risk management practice
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability
