FIND YOUR BETTER AT AIAIf you believe in better, we'd love to hear from you.WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....The role is responsible for developing and implementing Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) training programs which aim to inform staff of GRC policies and procedures and influence staff to adopt a risk aware, forward thinking and balanced approach in performing their jobs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs any or all of the following in various degrees according to the position's job level:
- Develop and run R&C training programs for various subjects (eg risk champion sessions (RICOnnect), financial crime, data privacy, customer commitment, Group standards, operational risk, etc).
- Monitor completion of mandatory training courses.
- Develop and manage the GRC Scorecard process so the methodology is appropriate, completion by SMEs are timely and fair and communication to LBUs are transparent, informative and constructive.
- Coordinate with HR to promote GRC culture through engagement and coaching programs.
- Identify areas of the organization requiring more support to achieve GRC practice standards.
- Manage the training and engagement programs withing the R&C team.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education - Bachelor degree in Business, Education or Marketing may apply.
- Experience - 5 years in Insurance or other Financial Institutions, familiarity with digital communication tool.

- Special skills - Strong communication skills.
