The Risk and Compliance Management Off icer assist the Risk and Compliance Management in ensuring that appropriate due diligence is conducted on third-party engagements and that service providers are compliant with all applicable regulations and Bank policies, particularly in the implementation of the Related Party requirements.
Responsibilities
- Reviews RP Analysis to establish if a service provider is a related party or not.
- Reviews and assists business units on their RPT vetting proposals.
- Ensures proper documentation of related party evaluations.
- Ensures that internal processes are aligned with the RPT policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Aids the team where it deems fit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Business course
- 2 years experience in banking operations
- Knowledge in Outsourcing and Concepts of Service Management
- Background with BSP Rules and Regulations on bank outsourcing
- Cognizant of bank's products, processes, and policies
- Effective communication skills
- Strong ability with problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with technology and tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, Enterprise Resource Planning systems)
