Job Overview
We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Audit Manager to strengthen the organization's governance, risk management, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will lead audit initiatives and ensure effective risk mitigation strategies across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop audit programs focused on operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate risk management processes and recommend improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive audits across business functions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and risk assessments.
- Work closely with department heads to address control deficiencies.
- Support management in enhancing governance frameworks.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant audit or compliance experience.
- Manufacturing or FMCG industry exposure is preferred.
- Candidates from audit firms with manufacturing/FMCG client portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and report-writing skills.
