About The Role
The Risk Analyst supports the Retail and Business Banking Credit Risk Management Division in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting portfolio risk trends across various consumer and business lending products. The role is responsible for performing portfolio analytics, delinquency monitoring, exposure tracking, and risk performance analysis to support early identification of emerging risks and enable proactive risk management actions. The position also supports strategic initiatives, stress testing activities, and enhancement of portfolio monitoring capabilities through data-driven insights and analytical reporting.
How you'll contribute
- Assists in monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance across Retail and Business Banking products.
- Supports preparation of regular portfolio monitoring reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Assists in tracking delinquency trends, customer behavior, and portfolio risk indicators.
- Supports analysis of portfolio performance across different products and customer segments.
- Helps monitor emerging risk trends and provides analytical support to Product Risk Managers.
- Assists in maintaining and enhancing portfolio monitoring trackers and reports.
- Supports exposure aggregation and portfolio performance tracking activities.
- Provides analytical and coordination support for projects and risk management initiatives.
- Supports tracking of Credit Card balance build-up and portfolio utilization trends.
- Assist in Credit Bureau portfolio data extraction and monitoring of off-us exposure and delinquency trends.
- Supports stress testing exercises and portfolio deep dive analysis as needed.
- It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or College degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience; Exposure to any of the following areas would be an advantage - Credit Risk Analytics, Portfolio Monitoring, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Financial Risk Management, or Banking Analytics.
