Position Overview
The RF Design Engineer is responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing radio frequency (RF) circuits and systems used in wireless communication equipment. The role ensures that RF designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RF circuits and components such as amplifiers, filters, and antennas
- Perform RF simulations, testing and troubleshooting
- Analyze RF performance and recommend design improvements
- Support product testing, validation, and integration
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and manufacturing
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of RF principles and wireless communication
- Experience with RF design and test tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in RF simulation software
- Familiarity with RF standards (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi)
- Hands-on experience in RF testing and debugging
Job Type: Project-based for one (1) year with opportunity to be absorbed as a full-time employee
