Job Description

The Role

As a Rewards and Platforms Head, responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of the credit card rewards programs and digital payment platforms. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, maximizing rewards program value, and driving innovation in eCommerce solutions, including tokenization, e-wallet integration, and digital payment platforms. The role also entails managing governance, risk controls, and ensuring the alignment of business strategies with industry trends and customer needs.

How you'll contribute

  • Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of competitive credit card rewards programs to drive engagement, loyalty, and portfolio growth
  • Monitor platform performance and drive improvements based on customer insights and business priorities.
  • Lead the development and rollout of digital payment solutions,
  • Conduct indepth analysis of customer behavior and platform performance
  • Oversee operational processes for rewards fulfillment, digital payments, and platform support
  • Identify risks in digital payments, rewards operations, and platform integrations, and implement effective mitigation measures.
  • Develop longterm strategic road maps for rewards, digital payments, and customer engagement
  • Leverage BI tools to produce dashboards and insights for rewards performance, platform usage, and customer engagement.

What we're looking for

  • More than 5 years of experience in rewards, digital payments, or consumer banking.
  • Extensive expertise in platform development and digital payment innovations, including tokenization, ewallet integration, and endtoend digital payment platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimizing largescale rewards programs that enhance customer experience and drive portfolio growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the credit cards business and its operational ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing business proposals and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in marketing communications, including strategy creation and materials development.
  • Ability to lead teams and influence key stakeholders in alignment with agreed strategies.
