The Role

Floodlight Growth is hiring a RevOps Analyst to support our growing client base. In this role, you will support our RevOps-as-a-Service business model, providing ongoing RevOps and analytics support to venture backed B2B SaaS companies. You will have your hands on a wide variety of projects, working on everything from high level strategic planning documents through to the tactical daily execution our clients need to run their sales and marketing teams.

We believe that a strong RevOps practice sets the foundation for revenue growth, providing the strategic data necessary for decision making and the tactical processes for execution. Our RevOps-as-a-Service model has us integrated into the go to market teams of our clients, allowing us to drive a real impact.

Responsibilities

As a RevOps Analyst, you will work on a wide variety of client deliverables and internal projects. While you may occasionally join client calls, this role is heavily focused on execution rather than interfacing with clients. Your work will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Lead Flow Management: Ensuring that the lead follow up process is effectively built out and managed within the CRM and Marketing Automation (MAP) tool. This includes lead statuses, SDR follow up, marketing nurture, and more.
  • Pipeline Management: Building sales pipeline processes, reporting, and automations to manage the sales pipeline. This includes implementing processes to support sales stage requirements, providing exception reporting, and supporting sales management needs.
  • Process Automation: Identifying manual or inefficient processes and building CRM automations to deliver efficiencies.
  • Integration Set Up and Maintenance: Integrating various sales and marketing tools with the CRM and MAPto deliver a seamless, effective tech stack.
  • Data Analysis: Reviewing data to proactively surface insights to clients or support their specific reporting needs.
  • Data Cleaning: Delivering a high level of data hygiene by cleaning up historical data issues and building data quality processes for ongoing operations.
  • CRM / MAP Administration: Running the back end setup for HubSpot, Salesforce, or other go to market tools.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in HubSpot, be highly reliable, and demonstrate a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn.

The following skills and qualities are absolutely essential for this role:

  • 2+ years of HubSpot experience
  • Previous work experience in RevOps, HubSpot administration, Marketing Operations, or a similar role
  • Ability to work during US hours, but flexibility is provided for personal/family commitments and timing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is necessary.

The following skills are not beneficial, but not required:

  • GTM Engineering experience with a focus on using Clay
  • Basic Salesforce administration experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
  • Experience with n8n, Zapier, or other automation tools
  • Experience setting up RevOps integrations (sales automation, contracting, call recording, data enrichment, etc)

Role Details

  • Location: Remote. Must overlap with US hours, but flexibility is provided for personal/family commitments and timing.
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience.
  • Reporting To: This role reports to the founder / CEO
