Revit Structural Engineer

Job Role:

1. Develop and manage detailed structural Revit models

2. Perform footing and foundation modeling and detailing

3. Create and annotate rebar layouts and reinforcement documentation

4. Utilize Revit topography tools for excavation and grading documentation

5. Model and document structural framing plans for:

a. Cold-formed steel systems

b. Structural steel systems

6. Coordinate structural documentation with project requirements and engineering standards

Qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for structural modeling

2. Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and building systems

3. Experience producing construction-ready structural documentation

4. Ability to interpret structural drawings, calculations, and specifications

5. Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

6. Experience in:

a. Beam-to-column connections

b. Structural steel connection detailing

c. Modeling of structural plates, stiffeners, and related components
