  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Shift: Night Shift | 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time | Weekends Off
  • Work Setup: Hybrid, Pampanga (Onsite for the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid setup after successful completion of the third-month evaluation or upon regularization)

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in building information modeling for construction or design projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Autodesk Revit experience required
  • Hold professional licensure, preferably but not required

Technical

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Autodesk Revit
  • Possess advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • Bring familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
  • Possess experience with point cloud data, laser scan integration, and stitching, preferably
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and field markups

  • Possess a basic understanding of construction workflows and project coordination

Responsibilities

  • Create and update detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools based on architectural, structural, and MEP designs
  • Interpret 2D drawings, specifications, and redlines to create accurate and constructible BIM models
  • Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure model consistency, integration, and alignment across all trades
  • Incorporate subcontractor model updates and ensure proper integration into the federated model
  • Export NWC files and assist with NWD file updates for coordination, clash detection, and model review
  • Create GAP models to represent missing or incomplete scope for coordination and planning purposes
  • Apply bulletin model updates to reflect design revisions, RFIs, and construction changes
  • Develop mock-up models for visualization, coordination, and approval workflows
  • Generate construction drawing sets from BIM models, including plans, sections, and details, in coordination with design and field teams
  • Support the publication of models and documentation to platforms such as Procore for team access, review, and sign-off
  • Integrate and align laser scan data with BIM models for as-built validation and field accuracy
  • Perform laser scan stitching to combine multiple point cloud datasets into a unified and accurate model reference
  • Create BIM 360 views on design models to support trade coordination, issue tracking, and model navigation
  • Perform slice-and-dice modeling to isolate specific scopes, systems, or zones for focused coordination and review
  • Follow company BIM standards and contribute to model quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement of modeling workflows
