Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager

Department: Revenue Operations

Work Set Up: Hybrid

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary

Dermorepubliq is scaling into a multi-category, multi-channel business across e-commerce and retail.

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build and run the revenue engine behind that growth — ensuring that Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance operate on aligned targets, accurate data, and coordinated execution.

This role sits at the center of the business. You will turn fragmented data into clear decisions, and turn plans into disciplined execution.

This is not a reporting role. This is a performance-driving role.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Planning & Forecasting

  • Own monthly GMV targets across all channels
  • Build scenario models (best / base / risk)
  • Align marketing spend, sales targets, and inventory planning

Full-Funnel & Growth Optimization


  • Analyze and optimize the full funnel from awareness to repeat
  • Improve CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV

Performance Analytics & Decision Support


  • Build a single source of truth dashboard
  • Translate data into actionable insights

Cross-Functional Execution Alignment


  • Align Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Prevent execution gaps (stockouts, overstocking, misaligned campaigns)

Systems & Data Infrastructure


  • Own BI dashboards and internal tracking systems
  • Standardize metrics and reporting

Commercial Performance Management


  • Run weekly and monthly performance reviews
  • Track KPIs and drive accountability

Process & Execution Discipline


  • Build SOPs for planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Improve decision-making speed and clarity

SUCCESS METRICS


  • Revenue Target Achievement
  • Forecast Accuracy (±15%)
  • ROAS / CAC Efficiency
  • LTV Growth
  • Inventory Alignment
  • Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness

Qualification & Requirements


Experience:

  • 5–8+ years in e-commerce, analytics, growth, or commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of paid media and funnels
  • Experience with BI tools and dashboards
  • Strong business judgment and ownership mindset
