Job Overview: Revenue Operations – Gainsight Administrator

Bitly is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own and administer our Gainsight platform, serving as the system owner and subject matter expert across Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management. This role will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, and scaling Gainsight to drive retention, expansion, and data-driven customer lifecycle management.

This individual will sit within RevOps and operate as the strategic lead for customer health scoring, lifecycle automation, playbooks, reporting, and cross-functional workflow integration. Gainsight expertise is a non-negotiable requirement — this role requires hands-on configuration, system design, and optimization experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary administrator and system owner for Gainsight Design and maintain health score frameworks, CTAs, playbooks, and lifecycle stages Build and manage automated customer journeys and engagement programs Partner with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to align customer insights with revenue strategy Own reporting and dashboards to drive visibility into churn risk, expansion opportunities, and adoption trends Manage integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, and other GTM systems Ensure data integrity and operational scalability across the customer lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Proven, hands-on Gainsight administration experience (100% required) Deep understanding of customer success operations and SaaS metrics (NRR, GRR, churn, expansion) Experience integrating Gainsight with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) Strong systems thinking, process design, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technical workflows
