Revenue Operations Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 AM EST, with a 1-hour break

Salary: $1,200 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Revenue Operations Coordinator to support revenue operations, sales reporting, and business systems administration. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator of Boostr, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless coordination across revenue-related processes. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to maintain reliable reporting, support forecasting, improve workflows, and help align data across business systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, managing complex data, and providing actionable insights that support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Boostr Administration & Data Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Boostr.
  • Maintain data integrity across opportunities, deals, campaigns, customers, and revenue records.
  • Manage user access, permissions, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new users.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within Boostr.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Boostr support and implementation teams.

Revenue Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare recurring sales and revenue reporting packages.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking bookings, pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
  • Support monthly revenue reconciliation processes between Boostr and Finance.
  • Analyze trends in sales activity, deal performance, and forecast accuracy.
  • Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and business analysis.

Sales Operations Support

  • Support opportunity setup, deal tracking, and contract administration.
  • Ensure opportunities are properly staged and maintained by the sales organization.
  • Monitor pipeline hygiene and data quality.
  • Assist sales leadership with forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Support commission tracking and related reporting as needed.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Production, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate monthly updates to ensure finalized revenue actuals are reflected within Boostr.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Financial Analysis, or similar analytical roles.
  • Experience working with CRM and revenue management systems (Boostr experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business analyses.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting media, advertising, digital publishing, production, or content businesses.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Boostr, NetSuite, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of revenue forecasting, bookings, and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Accounting teams.

  • Accurate and timely maintenance of Boostr.
  • Improved revenue reporting and forecast visibility.
  • Consistent alignment between sales reporting and Finance-approved revenue data.
  • Increased data integrity and reporting reliability.
  • Streamlined workflows and user adoption across the organization.
