Job Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst will support and optimize operational workflows across marketing lead generation, sales processes through hand-off to customer success, with a primary focus on HubSpot CRM data integrity, forecasting, pipeline and revenue analytics, PandaDoc CPQ and sales process management, and cross-functional coordination.

This role suits a detail-oriented individual with an analytics or FP&A mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable structuring messy data, and can build models in HubSpot and Excel to synthesize data to identify and present findings to sales leadership.

Responsibilities

CRM Administration & Data Integrity

· Build and maintain CRM administration, develop/edit workflows in HubSpot, sales metrics reporting, and operational maintenance activities.

· Take ownership for pipeline data integrity, reporting fields, and data accuracy across Deals, Companies, and Contacts in the CRM.

· Monitor CRM data hygiene and proactively resolve duplicate records, inconsistencies, and reporting issues across Deals, Companies and/or Contacts.

Forecasting, Modeling & Analytics

· Co-own the sales forecast in partnership with Sales leader, including sales meetings, pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy tracking, and variance analysis.

· Build pipeline analytics (conversion, velocity, coverage, win/loss) and develop financial models supporting quota, comp, and pricing.

· Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and operational reports for leadership visibility.

· Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives and translate findings into exec-ready narratives.

Sales Enablement & Process

· Manage HubSpot CRM and PandaDoc CPQ workflows, partnering cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements to processes and SOPs.

· Develop SOPs, onboarding materials, and enablement documentation; train sales reps on processes and tools.

· Audit deals to ensure process adherence and data completeness for handoff to Customer Success.

· Provide cross-functional operational support including lead routing, subscription updates in Veroot, invoice and contract retrieval for Sales/CSR/Accounting, vendor onboarding documentation, and price increase tracking.

· Drive ad-hoc operational projects such as new customer onboarding (W-9s, PO/invoicing setup), quarterly price increases, and other initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Finance, Planning & Analytics (FP&A) or related operational roles.

· Must have hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically experience in administering CRM, Leads, Sales Pro, as well as developing reports and configuring workflows.

· Experience with PandaDoc or similar CPQ/proposal management platforms preferred.

· Strong analytics mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel including modeling, pivot tables, developing charts, etc.

· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions independently.
