Revenue Officer

Role: Revenue Officer Position

Client: Filipino-Owned mobility platform

Work Schedule: Rotational (Could be morning, mid or night)

Work Locations: CW Depot Ortigas, Pasig, Brixton, Kapitolyo, Pasig and Sucat, Parañaque

Work Setup: Hybrid – 2–3 times onsite per week

Budget: 30k - 40k

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the preparation and review of revenue recognition and financial performance reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards

-Oversee the revenue collection process to ensure efficiency

-Maintain and update financial records and databases to ensure data integrity

-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

-Participate in the month-end close process, including journal entries related to revenue

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

-2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in revenue recognition

-Strong understanding of basic accounting and tax principles and financial reporting

-Working knowledge in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and other accounting software

-Familiarity with revenue recognition accounting standards

-Exposure in utilizing Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) to facilitate

team collaboration and document management
