Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all market segments and channels. The role uses data analysis, market intelligence, and demand forecasting to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue performance in alignment with the hotel's business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Revenue strategy and optimization
• Forecasting and budget support
• Pricing and yield management
• Distribution channel management
• Market and competitor analysis
• Collaboration with S&M and Operations
• Data analysis and reporting
• Systems and technology management

The Revenue Manager is also expected to perform other tasks that may be needed from time to time in relation to achieving hotel goals.

Job Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years work experience in an international hotel
• Graduated from a reputable hotel or business management school
• Has strong management skills; computer-literate, and proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Able to lead and motivate a team, dynamic, engaging, can communicate with people of all levels, team player, proactive, and quality-conscious
