Revenue Management Analyst

Job Description:

1. Calculate and process commission payouts based on approved plans and sales performance.
2. Validate sales data and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Sales, Finance, and HR.
3. Maintain and update revenue dashboards, consolidating data from multiple systems.
4. Develop automated reporting processes for efficient revenue tracking.
5. Analyze revenue trends, sales performance, and commission impact on profitability.
6. Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data-driven insights.
7. Prepare analytical summaries and presentations for management.
8. Recommend improvements to revenue tracking and reporting processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in finance, revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with commission structures, sales reporting, or revenue analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
