Job Overview
The role develops and implements strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across Regions, Channels and Brands of PCPPI through advanced analytics and financial acumen to drive strategic, data driven decisions related to pricing, assortment, and portfolio mix.

Qualifications
· Preferably a graduate from Marketing/Business Management, Finance, Computer Science or Statistics course
· Strong experience in Business and Finance fields, preferably in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and Finance
· 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Revenue Management or Market Research ideally in FMCG industry with exposure on Modern Trade and General Trade operations
· Proficiency in Advanced Excel, pivot tables preferably with coding experience with demonstrated ability in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI), presentation and storytelling
· Strong Analytical Skills, Attention to Details and Understanding of Pricing Strategies and Market Analysis
· Strong Communication Skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
