Role OverviewThis is a results-driven revenue accountability role, not an administrative or support function.
The Revenue Growth & Collections Manager owns two critical outcomes across the franchise system:
- Increasing system sales through enforced HQ stock ordering, and
- Improving cash inflow through disciplined, on-time royalty collection.
This role exists to protect revenue, enforce compliance, and drive growth. If sales ordering or royalty collections miss targets, this role owns the miss.
Core Accountabilities- Drive HQ stock sales growth by enforcing mandatory franchise ordering
- Reduce self-sourcing and eliminate lost system sales
- Ensure royalty aging stays at 30 days
- Aggressively recover outstanding receivables
- Enforce consequences for non-compliance, including operational restrictions
- Ensure no branch continues operations while materially non-compliant
Authority & ScopeThis is a cross-functional overlay role with direct authority, not a department.
You will:
- Own royalty collection performance (Accounting bills and posts)
- Own mandatory HQ stock ordering enforcement (Supply Chain executes logistics)
- Report directly to the CEO / COO
You are authorized to:
- Enforce penalties
- Block or restrict ordering access
- Withhold promotions or LTO participation
- Escalate unresolved breaches directly to executive leadership
No initial direct reports; influence is exercised across functions.

- Month-on-month HQ stock sales growth

Ideal Candidate Profile- Strong background in revenue operations, collections, franchise management, or commercial enforcement roles
- Proven ability to drive compliance without formal authority
- Comfortable with confrontation, escalation, and accountability
- Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and outcome-oriented
- Confident working directly with senior leadership
- Experience in franchise, retail, FMCG, or multi-unit operations is a strong advantage
