  • Responsible for end-to-end revenue integrity, margin protection, and billing discipline across the organization
  • Ensures that revenue is:
    • Accurately recognized (IFRS 15 compliant)
    • Commercially optimized (aligned with contracts and delivery)
    • Timely billed and converted into cash
  • Acts as the critical link between Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Treasury, ensuring full control over the Revenue, Billing, and Cash lifecycle
  • Own revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15
  • Ensure proper cut-off and completeness of revenue
  • Oversee project-level P&L and EAC (Estimate at Completion)
  • Own billing governance and discipline
  • Monitor and control work-at-risk (unbilled/non-billable work), revenue leakage
  • Review contracts for pricing, billing terms, revenue recognition implications
  • Partner with Treasury to improve billing-to-cash conversion, reduce DSO
  • Work closely with delivery, sales/commercial, controller, treasury
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • CPA/CMA preferred
  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in:
    • Revenue accounting
    • Project accounting
    • Finance business partnering
  • Lead and develop:
    • Project Accounting
    • Revenue Recognition & Controls
    • Billing & Revenue Operations
  • Build a high-performing, commercially aware finance team
  • Develop capability in:
    • Financial analysis
    • Contract interpretation
    • Revenue management
  • Strong understanding of IFRS 15/revenue recognition
  • Commercial acumen (pricing, contracts, margin)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Stakeholder management across business units
  • Process and systems mindset (SAP, CRM, time systems)
