Revenue Cycle Specialist Provider-Side Claims Processing | Work From Home

As part of our growing healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to work with U.S. healthcare clients and contribute to accurate, timely, and compliant revenue cycle operations.

We're looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist with solid U.S. healthcare RCM experience, particularly hands-on experience with claims processing from the provider side.

Work Setup: Work From Home

Experience: At least 1 year in U.S. medical billing/RCM

What you'll do:

• Process and submit medical claims accurately

• Handle claim reconsiderations, corrected claims, denials, rejections, and unpaid/underpaid claims

• Follow up with insurance carriers on claim status and payment issues

• Manage AR and outstanding balances

• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and patient responsibility

• Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments

• Work across billing systems and payer portals

• Maintain accurate billing documentation and records

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on claims processing experience from the provider side of operations

• Experience with U.S. commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers

• At least 1 year of U.S. medical billing/RCM experience

• Strong understanding of the revenue cycle process

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment

• Strong English communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems

• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements

• Stable employment history

Ideal candidates are those who have directly handled provider-side claims processing—not purely payer-side or general healthcare support experience.
