As a Revenue Cycle Managed Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our operations consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to help streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Specialist, you will leverage your technical skills to conduct detailed analyses and support specific projects, contributing to the team's success in a fast-paced environment. What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proven experience in accounts receivable follow-up and collections
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claims
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
