Revenue & Brand Director - Global FMCG

• Define and execute global brand strategies to strengthen equity and drive long-term growth
• Lead portfolio management including SKU rationalisation, innovation, and lifecycle planning
• Own revenue growth targets, aligning marketing strategy with commercial and financial objectives
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across diverse channels and markets
• Drive pricing, promotion, and mix optimisation to maximise profitability
• Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into actionable growth plans
• Partner closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure strong execution in-market
• Oversee innovation pipelines from concept to launch, ensuring scalability and impact
• Manage marketing investment and ensure strong ROI across campaigns and initiatives
