The Revenue Audit Officer correlates and reconciles transactional and financial data from various sources to create accurate reports to be sent to 3rd party clients. These reports are sent on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. As part of this data management the RAO role is also to spot, profile and flag variances in the data sets and report to management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and prepare data pulled from company internal reporting systems
- Check said data against 3rd party back office pulled data sets
- Collate both data sets into a reconciled aggregated version to be sent to 3rd party clients
- Profile data for variances and when found investigate reason for variances, compile findings and evidence and support to allow management to escalate to 3rd parties
- Proactively spots relevant data trends and highlights to senior management
- Performs other tasks as assigned relevant by management.
JOB COMPETENCIES/ SPECIFICATIONS
- Detail-oriented, well organized and adheres to deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in accounts receivable, auditing, and reconciliation of financial analyst-type workloads.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication in Tagalog and English
- Knowledge of online gambling industry not required but highly desirable.
