Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue reconciliation and reporting, ensuring financial and operational data is accurate and complete across multiple systems.
- Reconcile financial and operational data across Tableau, Snowflake and Oracle for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and reconcile daily revenue streams so every transaction is properly recorded.
- Conduct balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, supporting monthly and quarterly close.
- Reconcile the AHCS full-month report against Tableau/Oracle and FAR activity to confirm betting-platform-to-G/L integration completeness.
- Own the preparation and distribution of external revenue reports — accurate, timely, audit-ready.
- Accurately input and maintain revenue share files in collaboration with Finance and external stakeholders.
- Record revenue manual entries and calculate and record Commanders entries and Banach intercompany revenue share allocations.
- Review and verify AP coding against contractual obligations and accounting policies.
- Assist in financial review and analysis of contracts against accounting and revenue-recognition standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in revenue accounting and reconciliation in a multi-system environment.
- Experience with monthly/quarterly close support and external/audit-facing reporting.
- Knowledge of revenue share or partner settlement structures, intercompany allocations, and non-standard amortization treatments.
- Knowledge of revenue-recognition standards (ASC 606 orientation).
- Experience working with Finance/Revenue leadership, external revenue share stakeholders, and auditors.
- Close-process documentation experience and cross-training design preferred.
