We're looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Accountant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilitie
- sManage client billing, revenue reconciliation, and financial close activities using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
- .Reconcile QuickBooks Time reports with client invoices
- .Perform accounts receivable, bank, payroll, and vendor reconciliations
- .Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including Profit & Loss reconciliations
- .Prepare divisional P&L reports and assist with cost accounting
- .Collaborate with third-party bookkeeping partners to ensure accurate billing
- .Help improve and automate accounting workflows
- .Support new client setup in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com

Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fiel
- d.3–5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or general accountin
- g.Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.co
- m.Experience with QuickBooks Time, client invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end clos
- e.Knowledge of payroll integrations and cost accountin
- g.Advanced Microsoft Excel skill
- s.CPA or other accounting certifications are a plu
- s.Experience supporting service-based businesses is preferre
