Job Summary
The Diamond Returns Team is responsible for managing the complete diamond return process, from receiving return requests to final closure. The role involves verifying return eligibility, checking product and certificate details, coordinating with internal teams, updating records, and ensuring every return is processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Return Validation: Check whether a return is eligible based on the return policy, order status, return window, and previous follow-ups.
- Return Workflow Management: Handle the complete return process from receiving the customer request through final closure.
- Return Tracking: Track returned items and follow up on pending returns until they are successfully closed.
- Issue Analysis: Identify invalid returns, duplicate requests, expired return windows, damaged items, or mismatched products.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with Orders, Logistics, Inventory, Quality, and other relevant teams.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding return status, discrepancies, approvals, and pending actions.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple return cases while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
