Scope:
- Management of returns/claims requests from request submission, RMA creation, return item pick up/delivery monitoring up until credit note release to customer in compliance with set KPIs.Purpose:
- Management of unauthorized returns/claims received in the Returns Warehouse to be able to either create of a RMA to be able to release Credit Note to the customer or refuse unauthorized received items in the warehouse
- Responsible for collecting overdue payments and establishing re-payment arrangements.
General:
- Performs routine assignments in entry level of the professional career band
- Typically a graduate, although may have progressed into the role via equivalent business experience that provide knowledge and exposure to fundamental, theories, principles, and concepts
- Professional roles will typically require a degree in their specific discipline which may apply to specific positions.
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
- Limited decision making authority guided by policies, procedures, and business operations protocol
Relevant Credentials:
- Bachelors Degree in any relevant course
- Knowledge in SAP and experience in Customer Service is a plus
