We're a fast-paced, results-driven marketing agency helping brands create meaningful customer relationships that last. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Retention Manager who lives and breathes email marketing and knows how to turn one-time customers into lifelong advocates.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute email retention strategies that increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value
  • Build and optimize automated email flows, including welcome series, onboarding, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart, win-back, and re-engagement journeys
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention, and churn
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email content, subject lines, timing, and customer journeys
  • Collaborate with our creative, content, design, and account management teams to deliver impactful campaigns for multiple clients
  • Stay ahead of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and CRM innovations
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment
  • Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first brands is a plus
