Job Description

Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of analytics reports and financial outputs.
Drive retention and loyalty initiatives through data-driven insights.
Analyze churn, engagement, and incentive performance to identify opportunities.
Develop dashboards, reports, and recommendations that support business goals.
Monitor incentive budgets and program effectiveness to optimize spend.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute retention strategies.
Act as the escalation point for analytics operations and issue resolution.
Track industry trends and best practices in loyalty and retention.
Support KPI reviews, planning, and stakeholder presentations.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, or business strategy, preferably in tech, fintech, ride-hailing, or marketplace companies.
Proven experience leading and developing analyst teams to achieve performance targets.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience translating business objectives into data-driven strategies and operational initiatives.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, loyalty programs, or customer lifecycle management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights.
