Key Responsibilities:
- Assign store coverage, track KPIs, audit performance, and support trainers through orientation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Work with agencies to recruit and endorse trainer candidates, ensuring they meet ASUS standards and are properly onboarded.
- Develop easy-to-understand, engaging training materials that highlight ASUS product features, advantages, and benefits.
- Deliver weekly training performance reports and monthly evaluations to keep stakeholders informed.
- Align with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure training initiatives reflect business priorities. Coordinate with agencies and partners to maintain a productive, positive trainer environment.
- Always be on the lookout for better ways to support trainers, boost engagement, and drive retail effectiveness.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training, retail operations, or sales; exposure to the consumer electronics industry is an advantage
- Must have a genuine interest in IT products and technology trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Proven experience in developing and customizing training materials or product presentations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or video editing skills
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to propose innovative ideas
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and support new initiatives as required
