Retail Training Associate Manager (Beauty)

The Retail Training Associate Manager is responsible for the training and education of Beauty Consultants, Beauty Therapists, Sales Associates, Counter Managers and Spa Managers under our Beauty Division. They are responsible for designing and executing training programs on product knowledge, core skills development and event protocols in accordance with the brand/s standards. They are accountable for training and motivation to ensure immediate and increased sales of their assigned brand/s.

Since this role will be working directly with our beloved beauty brands. We are looking for someone who preferably has a passion for make-up, skincare, and all things beauty.

Education:

• College degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or any Business Administration or Business Management course

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in training preferably in beauty retail/luxury retail
