Role Description

The Retail Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bacolod, Handling Visayas Region. responsible for developing and delivering training programs for retail station staff. This role includes conducting onboarding sessions, product and service training, and safety and compliance workshops to ensure consistent service quality across stations. The Retail Trainer will assess training needs, create relevant training materials, and facilitate coaching sessions to strengthen customer service and operational performance. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness, providing feedback to management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in retail operations.

• Retail Trainer (RT) is responsible for the providing training from the Dealer to for count crew for the new station (NTI).

• RT also ensure that all knowledge on Retail Station Operation is completely passed on to the dealer, manager, supervisor and forecourt crew and assess all trainees and provide feedback to the dealer who are qualified forecourt crew.

• RT also provide refresher training in all station standards.

• RT also responsible in the following:
• Assessing forecourt operation

Assessing modules and improves if needed

• To train all pertinent retail station personnel on the proper implementation of retail programs such as Marketing promos, loyalty program etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate head from time to time

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills for designing, implementing, and evaluating retail training programs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to effectively deliver training, guide staff, and provide constructive feedback.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to model and reinforce service standards aligned with Jetti's mission and brand.
• Relevant experience in retail operations, fuel or service industries, or learning and development is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Bacolod are required.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate of any college or university degree
• At least 1 year of experience in training and development

• Must have a driver's license and can drive any type of vehicle

• With good interpersonal and communication skills

• Amenable to mainly work in Visayas

• With knowledge on the area assigned.
