ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports post-sales customer service, order management, and administrative operations for a fast-growing online retail division. The role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, delivery updates, warranty claims, and coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experiences.
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to build positive relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
• Provide post-sales support, including customer inquiries, delivery updates, and service feedback
• Coordinate warranty claims with customers and suppliers
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely resolution of concerns
• Assist senior project managers with preparation, compilation, and presentation of commercial fit-out projects
• Perform administrative and support-related tasks
• Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding shipments and inventory-related concerns
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail support, administration, or related roles
• Proven experience handling customer inquiries and providing customer support
• Experience supporting international clients is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or administrative environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
