Retail Supervisor (Vending and Webstore)

Primary Function: As a Retail Supervisor for Vending and Webstore, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent execution, achievement of sales targets, cost control, and service standards. You will focus on hands-on supervision, performance monitoring, operational compliance, and issue resolution, while escalating risks and opportunities to the Retail Manager. As a supervisor, you will also coordinate format-specific operational initiatives, working with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and ongoing performance improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
• With at least four (4) years of relevant experience in e-commerce, sales, marketing, retail, or operations
• Experience in multi-channel retail (online + physical channels) is highly preferred
• Proficient in Sales and Commercial Performance Monitoring & Analysis, Vending Machine Performance Management, Marketing & Promotions Management, Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination, Data Analytics & Reporting
• With strong analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Willing to do field work
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
