Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- Experience in merchandising, field sales, or related role
- Valid driver's license
- Own motorcycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory
Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising activities and maintain product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct store visits and market inspections
- Build and maintain good relationships with store personnel
- Prepare and submit required reports
- Support the achievement of sales and merchandising objectives
