Job Description

  • Visit assigned GT stores and outlets according to the route plan or area coverage.
  • Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores (e.g., shelves, racks, countertop displays).
  • Monitor stock levels in-store and report out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
  • Place and replenish point-of-sale materials such as posters, wobblers, and shelf-talkers.
  • Check for product freshness, remove expired or damaged items, and report accordingly.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Representatives to support promotions and new product rollouts.
  • Maintain good working relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
  • Submit daily activity reports, including photos of displays, competitor activity, and store concerns.
  • Gather market intelligence, including pricing, competitor displays, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate; College level preferred.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in merchandising, preferably in General Trade accounts.
  • Familiarity with local store network (sari-sari, groceries, and wholesalers).
  • Must be willing to roam across multiple locations daily.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be physically fit to carry light stocks or merchandising materials.
  • Motorcycle with a valid drivers license is an advantage (if roving across wide areas).
