Retail Store Manager (SM La Union)

Job Summary:Responsible for planning, controlling and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute strategies to meet/ exceed sales target
• Observe implementation of measures and approaches to control OPEX
• Ensures execution of measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability
• Monitor merchandise movement.
• Ensure availability of items at all times such as, Basic never out items
• Ensures execution and efficiency of appropriate training for staff that will improve performance and increase productivity.
• Ensures that the established measures to reduce operational problems are put in effect.
