Job Description

At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Good English communication and active listening skills.
Customer serviceoriented with a friendly and patient attitude.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer navigation skills and ability to multitask.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus but not required.
Amenable to work onsite

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries about retail products, orders, deliveries, and returns via phone, chat, or email.
Provide accurate product information and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
Process order placements, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
Handle complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Update customer accounts and document transactions accurately in the system.
Meet performance goals including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with teammates and support staff to resolve complex issues.
Uphold company policies, data privacy, and service standards at all times.
